Overall Structure & Ranks Overview
You are able to move up in the Blaze Syndicate through your active and meaningful contributions across a wide range of potential activities. Moving up in the rankings will unlock more benefits, rewards outlined below, and the opportunity to take on higher levels of responsibility within the community!
A Clear Path to Growth
The Blaze Syndicate is built on a tiered structure where members earn higher ranks through meaningful contributions. Each rank unlocks new responsibilities, rewards, and opportunities to shape the community’s future.
There are 5 different ranks in the community, outlined below. Leveling up within the community will be based on meaningful engagement and contributions. The exact requirements can be found below in the Community Ranks Detailed section.
The Five Ranks
Level I - Seekers
This is the entry-level rank for new members, symbolizing their introduction into the syndicate and the beginning of their journey to becoming key contributors to the ecosystem.
Level II - Envoys
Members at this level have shown dedication and have started to make noticeable contributions, acting as front-runners in the syndicate's mission.
Level III - Elects
Representing a higher tier of commitment and achievement, these members are leaders and have consistently demonstrated their value and impact within the community.
Level IV - Crusader
Signifying an advanced rank within the Blaze Syndicate, Crusaders embody strength, commitment, and a deep alignment with XION’s mission. At this level, members have proven themselves as advocates for the ecosystem, consistently showcasing leadership and significant contributions. Crusaders uphold the community’s values, inspire others, and play a decisive role in advancing XION’s vision.
Level V (Coming Soon)
As the Syndicate evolves, new rank will open, offering top contributors unparalleled opportunities for impact and leadership.
