XION is integrating the Sei network, bringing Chain Abstraction to Sei's rapidly growing ecosystem of high-speed applications. This integration introduces the seamless flow of native assets and accounts through IBC, unlocking new opportunities for cross-chain interoperability within Sei's high-speed network and expanding XION’s Chain Abstraction solution to a broader developer and user base. By combining Sei’s focus on developer accessibility with XION’s commitment to improving Web3 user experience and interconnectedness, this integration will accelerate mainstream adoption.
XION has been expanding its Chain Abstraction solution across numerous leading blockchains to unify fragmented ecosystems, making it one of the most interconnected chains in the industry. By integrating with XION, Sei not only boosts its technical capabilities but also gains access to XION’s user base of 3.6 million as well as users from all connected ecosystems. This will drive liquidity between ecosystems, unifying the fragmentation of users, liquidity, and developers across networks to further drive mainstream adoption of blockchain technology.
Sei Overview
Sei is one of the fastest Layer 1 blockchains and one of the first parallelized EVM. The Sei network is built to offer unmatched speed, capable of processing thousands of transactions per second with finality times of just 380 milliseconds.
